ECIL is a Schedule ‘A’ CPSE under the Department of Atomic Energy setup with a view to generate a strong indigenous capability in the field of professional grade electronics. The initial accent was on total self-reliance and ECIL was engaged in the Design, Development, Manufacture and Marketing of several products with emphasis on three technology lines viz. Computers, Control Systems and Communications. Over the years, ECIL has pioneered in development of various complex electronic products while diversifying its products and services into Aerospace, Defense, Nuclear, Security and IT & e-Governance verticals

To execute many of our prestigious indigenous projects & serve our pride clientele, we are looking for dynamic and result-oriented ITI passed candidates on fixed tenure contract basis, for a period of One Year (extendable up to Three years including the initial term, depending on project requirements & satisfactory performance of the candidate) to work for various project requirements across India

Education Qualification:

Candidate should have passed ITI (2 years) in the trades of Electronics Mechanic / Electrician / Fitter (this includes NTC, Board Based Basic Training as well as advanced modules under Multi skilled training pattern of Directorate General of Labour & Employment being implemented through ITI upgraded as Centre of Excellence in required trades). In addition, one year Apprenticeship (NAC issued by Ministry of Skill Development) is mandatory. One-year post qualification experience in manufacturing, production, quality, material management in an industrial establishment will be added advantage. The selected candidates can be posted at any of ECIL Offices (All over India) & its customers’ sites and should be ready to work in round ‘O’ clock shift operations as and when required. 

Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC & 10 more years relaxation for PwD category. The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir from 01/01/1980 to 31/12/1989.

Qualifications:

ITI Trade candidates should possess ITI/ NCVT certificate of the above mentioned trades from Institutions recognized by AICTE, GOI.

A candidates should possess full time regular 04 years Degree in Engineering or 03 years Diploma of the above mentioned streams from Institutions recognized by AICTE, GOI.

Eligibility: Eligible Indian Nationals belonging to the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Goa from Western Region (WR) are eligible.

Selection Process:

Selection for engagement of Apprentices would be based on percentage (%) of marks in the qualifying examination.

The candidature of the applicant would be provisional. 

The Selection will be based on Interview/verification of certificates/testimonials and submission of CERTIFICATE OF MEDICAL FITNESS (to be obtained only from a Gazetted Government Medical Officer/Medical Officer of a Government Undertaking) at the time of joining.

Police verification certificate to be obtained from local area of residence.

The shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/Document verification through their registered E-mail Id only.
